This policy describes how research materials are fulfilled to qualified research accounts. All products are for laboratory research use only.

1. Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled to the shipping address on the researcher account that placed the order.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders are not fulfilled until payment is received.

3. Shipping rates (USD)

Shipping is a flat USD 12.00 per order.

4. Delivery and tracking

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review it.

6. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer.
