Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final and we do not accept returns of opened or unopened product.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. If we confirm the issue, we will replace the item or issue a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.

You may request a cancellation before your order ships by contacting us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank payments may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

If a payment fails, is returned by your bank, or cannot be verified, the order will not be fulfilled until payment is completed.
